Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 sm. box vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. poppy seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and fill muffin cups about half full with batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
