PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker; sprinkle with nutmeg. Place sugar in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir in eggnog. POUR into 4 cups; top with whipped topping.
In a blender, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

Snowman Soup Was told you’ve been real good this year. always glad to hear it! With freezing weather drawing near, you’ll need to warm the spirit. So here’s a little Snowman Soup, complete with stirring stick. Add hot water, sip it slow, it’s sure to do the trick!

1cup250 ml SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1tbsp15 mL arrowroot or cornstarch
1tsp5 mL ground nutmeg
7egg yolks
4cups950 mL milk
2cups475 mL fat-free half-and-half
2tbsp30 mL vanilla extract Note – if you wish to use rum, use 1 cup (235 mL) dark rum in place of the 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
Instructions
Mix together first 3 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Set aside. Whisk egg yolks; add to SPLENDA® Granulated mixture whisking until blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly until the temperature reaches 175°, approximately (5 to 8 minutes). Remove from heat and whisk in half and half; cool. Cover and chill 3 hours or up to 3 days. Stir in rum or vanilla just before serving.
64oz.cranberry juice or 2 frozen Welch's Cranberry w/ water
40oz.Squirt
1/5of Slow Gin
1 1/2C.powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix together & freeze. Add 3-4 Tbsp. (or to taste) frozen mixture to glass & fill with 7-up, Squirt, Sprite, or Mountain Dew, etc. Allow plenty of time for mixture to freeze. Will not freeze solid, but it's a slush.
