Bakeless Dream Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c.milk
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  • 2 c.sugar or 2 1/4 cups of Splenda
  • 1/2 c.cocoa
  • 3 c.quick oats
  • 1/2 c .peanut butter
  • 1/2 c.chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Place sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine in a sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and add peanut butter and nuts. blend well.
  • Stir in oats and vanilla.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
  • Let stand until cool and real firm. Enjoy!

Notes

This was something me and my late father did together for Christmas. Later on I had to learn to make it with Splenda as my Father had Diabetes as does my Husband. So I had to learn to make these a bit differently but they still taste wonderful and they are so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Guinness Stout
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 10 tsp Butter Unsalted
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl over a medium heat, combine the Guinness and butter.
  • When the butter has melted, add the sugar and cocoa then blend together.
  • In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, vanilla extract and eggs.
  • Then add to the Guinness mix.
  • Add the baking soda and flour while mixing, then whisk well.
  • Pour into a large cake pan.
  • Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs yolks beaten
  • 4 egg whites beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  • Combine beaten egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
  • Beat together well and fold in the beaten egg whites fold in the flour to the mixture and mix until all is combined.
  • Pour into ungreased pie pans and bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes.

  • 1 1/2 oz. 3 tbsp. 80-proof vodka
  • 2 tsp. Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla powdered creamer
  • 1 no-calorie sweetener packet like Splenda
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • Optional Garnish: 1 small candy cane

Instructions

  • Place powdered creamer and sweetener in a glass.
  • Add 1/4 cup warm water and stir to dissolve.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add creamer mixture, vodka, and peppermint extract.
  • Cover and shake well, until mixture is cold. Strain into a martini glass.
  • If you like, garnish with a candy cane leaning jauntily on the rim.

 

No Egg-Nog

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 quarts milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp rum extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Blend pudding mix and 2 cups of milk, following directions on pudding package. Chill for 5 minutes. Add the rum and nutmeg, then mix in the rest of the milk. Chill and serve.

Notes

If you don't want to use eggs in your eggnog, pudding mix will do the trick. It's not as rich as traditional eggnog, but is quicker to make and noticeably sweeter.

  • 1 1/2 C. All purpose flour
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 C. cold water
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another bowl and combine.
  • Mix until completely mixed.
  • Pour mixture in a 9x9 cake pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack completely before frosting.

  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 C. sweetened lemonade mix
  • 1 C. powdered orange drink mix
  • 1 C. dry sweetened instant tea
  • 4 packets individual serving size instant spiced cider mix
  • 3/4 t. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 t. ground cloves

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Package into gifts and give along with directions for use.
  • To serve: Add 3-4 teaspoons mix to 1 cup boiling water.
  • Stir to dissolve.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces vanilla chips
  • 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 5 ounces Marshmallow Crème
  • 1 1/2 cups dried blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter flavoring or extract

Instructions

  • Line a 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Heat milk over medium heat until warm; add sugar.
  • Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  • Add Marshmallow Crème and butter.
  • Return to a rolling boil for 5 1/2 minutes (start timing as soon as the rolling boil resumes).
  • Cut cream cheese into small dice, and add it to the boiling mixture about 1 minute before the end of the boil. If brown flecks begin to appear in the mixture, lower the heat a little.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla chips and blueberries.
  • Stir until creamy and all chips are melted.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and butter flavoring or extract.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Cool. Remove from pan; remove foil, and cut into squares.
  • Yields 2 pounds.
