Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs yolks beaten
- 4 egg whites beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
Instructions
- Combine beaten egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
- Beat together well and fold in the beaten egg whites fold in the flour to the mixture and mix until all is combined.
- Pour into ungreased pie pans and bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes.
