Cocoa Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened bakers cocoa
  • 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 4 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Melt 2 Tablespoons butter over medium low heat.
  • Stir in cocoa, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Cream remaining butter and sugar together.
  • Add vanilla, salt and cooled chocolate and mix well.
  • Add milk slowly until mixture reached the right consistency.
