Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 2-3 c. of bread
- milk
- 2 eggs
- c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Break up bread into crumbs and put in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Begin to mix in milk until you have a very thick cake-like batter.
- Spoon mixture into a well buttered 8 by 8 square pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F degrees.
- When cool, cut into squares and serve.
