Waffle Batter

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs separated
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  • Beat egg yolks and milk. Sift dry ingredients and beat until thick. Melt butter and add to batter. Fold in beaten egg whites.
