Simple Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 box of Ritz Crackers
  • 1 package of your choice:
  • peanut butter chips
  • chocolate chips
  • toffee bits

Instructions

  • Pour the crackers into a large Ziploc bag. Finely crush with a rolling pin. Pour the crumbs into a large bowl. Pour the entire can of condensed milk into the bowl. Pour the entire package of chocolate chips (or your choice). Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 square cake pan. Bake at 350' for 15 minutes. Cool and place in the fridge. Cut into bite sized squares as it is very sweet.

Notes

Have cold milk ready to offer when serving. This recipe is so simple and I have never had a guest who didn't love it! This will actually be my first Christmas using it as I just discovered it this year. Toffee Bits are a favorite in this recipe. You can also use the low salt Ritz crackers.
