Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 2/3 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Beat eggs slightly and add remaining ingredients except for nutmeg.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Top with ground nutmeg.
