Honey Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. cold strong coffee
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together sugar and eggs and then add oil and honey. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350°F degrees for 1 hour.
