Applesauce Cookies

- 1 C. Shortening
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 2 C. apple-sauce
- 2 C. sugar
- 4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
Mix applesauce and baking soda in bowl.
Cream shortening and sugar together in a bowl and add eggs.
Sift flour and spices into mixture and add applesauce.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350.
