"Crack" Cake Frosting
Recipe type: dessert
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 raw egg
  • ¾ box powdered sugar (3 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Heat sugar and water to a boil. After it turns syrupy, take it off and cool completely.
  2. When cool, mix syrup with all ingredients (beat for a few minutes until smooth).
  3. Frost chocolate cake and put cake into fridge until just before it is served.
