Grandma's Blueberry Muffins

  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Combine egg, oil, and milk
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stir just until blended.
  4. Fold in blueberries
  5. bake 400*F 20 to 25 minutes
Use muffin cups in muffin pan or use cooking spray if you don't have muffin cups. If you are not a fan of blueberries substitute something different, I have used diced strawberries instead and it came out great.
