  • 4 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1½ sticks (3/4 cup) butter
  • 1¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 1½ TBSP cinnamon
  1. Quarter biscuits and shake them (8 at a time) with ¾ cup sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Put biscuits in well greased angel food cake or Bundt pan.
  3. Bring remaining 1 cup sugar and butter to a boil and pour over biscuit pieces.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan immediately.
  6. Serve when cool.
