Peppermint stick Sauce

- 1½ cups whipping cream
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1½ cups finely crushed peppermint candies
- In saucepan, combine all and stir constantly with wooden spoon. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Pour into airtight container and refrigerate. serve chilled over ice cream or cake.
make sure the peppermint is finely crushed. this stuff goes fast...so you might want to make extra...or give some to friends. It 's yummy!
