Cranberry Hootycreeks

  • 1 cup plus 2 T all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 350F grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Combine the flour, soda and salt together and set aside. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and the rest of the ingredients, and mix together until well blended. Drop by tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool on baking sheets, or remove to cool on wire racks.
