Lemon Pineapple Fluff Cake

  • 1pk. Lemon cake mix
  • 8oz. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1⅓ C. water
  • 1 Egg
  • C. oil
  • C. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Pour pineapple with liquid into ungreased 13x9x2 pan and spread evenly. Pour dry cake mix on top of pineapple. Combine water and other ingredients in a separate bowl for 1 minute at medium speed. Pour liquid over dry mix – do not stir. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
