Uncooked Chocolate Bars
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 50g (2oz) of butter or margarine
  • 200g (7oz) plain chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of golden syrup
  • 250g (8oz) digestive biscuits, crushed
  1. Place the butter or margarine, chocolate and syrup in a saucepan and heat gently until melted. Stir in the biscuits and mix thoroughly. Turn into a greased and lined shallow 18cm (7inc) square tin and smooth the top with a palette knife. Leave to set, then cut into bars!!
