Meringue for Pie

Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
  2. Beat in sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time.
  3. Continue beating until stiff and glossy.
  4. DO NOT UNDERBEAT.
  5. Beat in vanilla.
  6. Put on top of pie of your choice.
